Four I.C. Stars teams competed last weekend resulting in two Platinum "Carolina Region" medals and a strong performance at the MAPL.

The I.C. Stars 12 year old team got a chance to redeem themselves after a 2nd place finish two weeks earlier.  Playing in a "National Qualifier" type atmosphere in the Raleigh Convention Center, the team battled through some tough competition on their way to a 1st place finish in the Platinum Division!  Congratulations on your first Championship!

The I.C. Stars 13's went for their 3rd straight Championship, but came up short in their finals match-up.  They dropped a competitive 3 set match to Triangle Black and had to settle for a respectable 2nd place finish in the Platinum Division!

Competing in the 16 and under division of the Mid-Atlantic Power League, the I.C. Stars 15 year old team won the Silver Division and an overall 9th place finish out of the 48 teams competing.

Competing in the 18 and under division of the Mid-Atlantic Power League, the I.C. Stars 18 year old team battled to the finals of the Bronze Division, but had to settle for a second place finish and an overall 18th place finish out of the 48 teams competing.
